We are ready to respond to your reactive and planned maintenance requirements and we are available 24/7, 365 days a year.  We are able to take requests via our ‘repair reporting software’, via telephone or email.  Our friendly and experienced staff have over 40 years of experience working with both tenants and landlords, so know how to handle even the most challenging situations. By dealing with tenants directly, we react to maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

All work requiring property access is by appointment only. We are proud of our record of accomplishment, keeping to 96% of these appointments with 95% of the work completed at first visit. In the unlikely event of an emergency we have the capability and workforce to react to a time critical situation, such as a burst water pipe or electrical failure.

Our software allows us to not only to receive repair booking requests from Tenants and letting agents but we are able to accurately quote for jobs, assign the right contractor to complete the job quickly and we’re also able to receive feedback on aspects like customer service.

Now it’s time to fill out a few details like your contact details, a brief summary of the issue and then attach any pictures which would help us to identify the issue.

Once submitted it’s now over to us.  We will provide an approx price and if agreed we will instruct an engineer to visit your property at a convenient time of day to complete the repair.
